These newcomers often choose to live in urban villages due to the relatively low rent. However, the living conditions in these urban villages typically lack kitchen facilities, and these new residents hard to find a space to build new relationships within these communities.
This separation in physical space and social environment is a manifestation of social atomization, where individuals feel isolated and disconnected from the surrounding society.
C ZONE focuses on transforming urban villages and strengthening community ties, which will be key trends in urban development as societal awareness and urbanization accelerate.
By creating shared spaces and fostering communication and collaboration within communities.
