-PUBLICATION DESIGN Fried rice is an inclusive food. Its loose structure easily welcomes the forgotten leftovers and ingredients in the fridge.    Fried rice accepts everything, every ingredient, transforming them through heat and stir-frying, giving them new flavors and belonging.

Everything Everywhere All in the Fried Rice is both a portable publication and an object. Through a series of interviews, I collect what people consider their “essential ingredients” for making fried rice, presenting their answers through text and imagery. I also include a personal fried rice recipe shared by a friend.

The final zine will consist of a booklet and a rotating turntable element, inviting readers to explore the ever-changing combinations and possibilities of fried rice.
